1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 11jili website (https://11jili.cam), mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with 11jili and its affiliated entities. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 11jili Platform, including but not limited to casual visitors, registered account holders, and participants in any promotional campaigns. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms, including any modifications or updates published herein.

2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To register for a 11jili account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly should any details change.

3.2 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify 11jili immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Verification

11jili employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and industry best practices. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and other documents as reasonably requested. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification is completed.

3.4 Account Activity

All activities conducted through your 11jili account are deemed to have been authorized by you. You accept full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and communications made using your account credentials, whether or not such activities were initiated by you personally.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

11jili accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and cryptocurrency wallets. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed at the time of transaction. Deposit methods may vary based on your jurisdiction and account status.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 11jili account are legally obtained and belong to you. 11jili strictly prohibits money laundering and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with 11jili's withdrawal policy. Standard processing times range from fifteen (15) minutes to seventy-two (72) hours depending on the payment method selected and the completion of verification requirements. 11jili reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable bonus wagering requirements.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

The primary currency for transactions on the 11jili Platform is Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion, where applicable, will be processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, which may include a nominal conversion fee.

4.4 Fees and Charges

11jili does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs. You are responsible for all fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Incentive Programs

11jili offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance your gaming experience. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the relevant promotion page. By participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds and/or associated winnings must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple (e.g., 30x, 40x, 50x) and eligible games are detailed in each promotion's terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

11jili reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting patterns, and exploitation of software errors or promotional loopholes.

5.3 Maximum Bet Limits

While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply. Exceeding these limits may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. Maximum bet limits are specified in the applicable promotion terms and typically range from PHP 50 to PHP 300 per spin or bet.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

All games on the 11jili Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available within each game or upon request to customer support.

6.1 Betting Limits

6.2 Malfunction Voids All Pays

In the event of a software malfunction, hardware failure, communication error, or other technical issue that affects game outcome, all affected bets and payouts shall be void. 11jili will investigate all reported malfunctions and restore account balances to their pre-error state where appropriate.

6.3 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are subject to additional rules and etiquette requirements. Abusive behavior toward dealers or other players, attempts to manipulate camera feeds, or collusion with other participants will result in immediate disqualification from live games and potential account termination.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11jili Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 11JILI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

1. Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform;
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
3. Any content obtained from the Platform;
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The 11jili Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 11jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 11jili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of 11jili or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without prior written consent from 11jili.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

11jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. 11jili will return any remaining account balance to you, minus any amounts owed to 11jili, provided your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been satisfied.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Permanent account closure requests will be processed within seven (7) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests must be completed before final closure.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 11jili customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and efficiently through our internal complaint resolution process.

12. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

11jili reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the website.

Your continued use of the Platform after modifications have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.
